The bungalow is a short walk from Hogsthorpe, a delightful traditional Lincolnshire village, offering two local public houses (one of which provides bar meals), a small restaurant and a variety of small local shops. Visitors can take advantage of fresh local farm produce coupled with welcoming "locals".
There are several fishing venues in the area, offering challenging, well stocked lakes. A horse tracking venue is also located in the village.
